Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take? Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days. Larger items such as pergolas and gazebos may take up to 14 working days. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver throughout the UK? Yes — we deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Some remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands may incur additional charges or longer delivery times. Please contact us at hello@outergrove.co.uk before ordering if you are unsure about your location.
Is delivery free? Free delivery is available on selected items. Any delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Can I return an item? Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To start a return please contact us at hello@outergrove.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
What if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or incorrect. Take photos of the damage and email them to hello@outergrove.co.uk with your order number and we will resolve the issue promptly.
What if I need to cancel my order? Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@outergrove.co.uk or call 020 3951 4935. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched cancellations are subject to our returns policy.
Do your products come with a warranty? Yes — all products come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Some products carry longer warranties. Please check individual product listings for specific warranty information.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use these to track your delivery directly with the courier.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout.
