At OuterGrove, we aim to deliver your garden furniture as quickly and reliably as possible across mainland UK.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 3–7 working days
- Some larger items may take up to 14 working days
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Areas
- We deliver to all mainland UK addresses
- Some remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may incur additional charges or longer delivery times
- Please contact us at hello@outergrove.co.uk before ordering if you are unsure about your location
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on selected items
- Delivery charges for larger items will be clearly displayed at checkout
- All delivery charges include VAT
Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details
- You can track your order directly with the courier
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at hello@outergrove.co.uk
- Please retain all packaging and take photos of any damage
